New Client Referral Policy

My new client referral policy has changed and will be effective immediately. 

For every three (3) new client referrals that book and attend an appointment, I will give $15 off your next service.

Client referrals are always greatly appreciated!

 

Cancellation Policy

At Hair Odyssey, I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the service amount.

Remember that if you are over 15 Minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 100% of the service that was scheduled.

I value your and my time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies I hold to my clients. I deeply understand that accidents or emergencies can happen. For that, Hair Odyssey clients are given one (1) grace appointment a year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or no-shows.

Policy & Procedure for Non-Payment

Payment is expected at the time service is rendered. If payment is not received during this time, there will be a 25% charge of the performed service, per day, until full payment has been received.

 

For all credit card and PayPal transactions, there is a 5% charge per transaction.

Refund & Return Policies

Odyssey Essentials items (only) can be returned for in-store credit and only if item/items are still in original packaging within 7 (Seven) days of purchase date. All ingredients are clearly marked on packaging as well as in the store “Ingredient” section.  Please read ingredients carefully prior to purchasing.

Harper & Hyde, Rinse Bath & Body, Ceen Wes and Soap Lift items will NOT be eligible for a refund or return.

Montana West, Chloe & Lex, Lucia’s Imports, are eligible for return for in-store credit only, only if they have not been used or worn, with original tags/packaging, and received within 7 (Seven) days of delivery date.
